"Family where are you?! I need you!!"

Ben Affleck hosted Saturday Night Live yesterday. I haven't seen the whole thing, but this skit definitely made me chuckle. Maybe it's because I know a German who was recently in NYC (although I'm fairly certain he did not wear a coat like this). Probably it mostly because there are some little pokes at Germans to which I can relate (i.e. emphasis on functionality and usage of "and so" to end a sentence).

I don't know if the Oliver Bierhoff reference was on purpose or just coincidence. In this context it doesn't make sense, at least not to me...

Still, I found it plenty amusing.
